Wired totally killed my buzz with their stupid article about how blogs are "so 2004." Seriously? Don't start a blog? After all the crap we've taken for not having one?

Wired says that "Writing a weblog today isn't the bright idea it was four years ago." Just in time for Brain Traffic to launch one. Wheeee.

Just a few short weeks ago, I was feeling super excited that, after six years of business, we were finally going to start a blog. Yay!

Then Wired totally killed my buzz with their stupid article about how blogs are "so 2004."

Seriously? Don't start a blog? After all the crap we've taken for not having one?

Clearly, we ignored Wired.

Instead, we listened to you, our clients, colleagues, and friends. You're looking for the inside line on how to plan for, create, and care for website content. We hear you. We love it. And we aim to deliver (almost) daily doses of web content goodness.

Take that, Wired.

p.s. In the meantime, let's just agree to pretend that this blog has been around for ages, shall we? Thanks. Lovely.
